| 1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. In large sauce pan bring sugar, syrup, butter and salt to a boil.
3. In small bowl beat eggs. Add nuts to eggs.
4. Stir a very small amount of the syrup mixture into the eggs. Stir well to warm eggs.
5. Quickly pour egg mixture into syrup.
6. Pour pecan pie mixture into pie shell.
7. Bake for 45 minutes.
8. Check pie for doneness.
