Cooking Tip

Heart Healthy Pecans
Pecans are a healthy addition to any diet. Pecans are dense in nutrients and minerals, and the amount of unsaturated fat in pecans meet the latest dietary guidelines.

Cooking Tip

Storing Pecans
Unused, shelled pecans can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, or frozen in a ziplock storage bag. Pecans will keep for months, with no loss in flavor, when stored correctly.
