Coffee Pecan Pie

Simple, nutty, gooey, and good. Enjoy this rich, flavorful pecan pie with a nice cup of gourmet coffee, after any evening meal. Perfect year round treat.
Ingredients -
 
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup Unsulfured Molasses
3/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
1/2 cup Strong Coffee
2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
5 tablespoons Flour
1 cup chopped Pecans
1 (9-inch) Unbaked Pie Shell
 
Preparation:
 
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well.

3. Combine flour and pecans and add to egg mixture.

4. Pour pecan pie mixture into unbaked pie shell.

5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until firm.

6. Cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
