| 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Crack eggs in a large bowl, and beat slightly.
3. Add molasses, corn syrup, orange juice, orange peel, vanilla, and mix until well combined.
4. Add pecans to mixture.
5. Pour pecan pie filling into unbaked pie crust shell.
6. Bake 35 minutes, or until the filling sets.
7. Allow pie to cool on wire rack.
